Condition;  All of my wallpaper and border is New Vintage Stock from the 70's-80's-90's. 
Packaging may show some wear/dust from shelf storage. 
Wallpaper is clean and still in very good condition. 
Any small spots from storage will wash off with warm water. 
Some rolls have been re-bagged. 
Since this is vintage wallpaper & border you may need to add a little more paste. 
Note; When applying any vinyl over vinyl wallcoverings adhesive is required.
