The top plaid apron measures 26 inches around. The fullness of the skirt extends from 48 inches around slightly below the apron and 82 inches at the bottom. The bottom portion of the dress is a paneled pattern featuring rows of red cardinals on branches and hearts, mittens, Celebrate The Season , Snowflakes on green plaid, some of the rows are duplicated, Red on Black ZigZag, and Christmas trees. To secure the dress, run the ties through the button holes, then tie a knot.....simple as that and you can adjust according to your child's size.
