Basically new and in great condition! Took off the seal on the straps thinking I was going to use it but it's just been in my shelf waiting which is why I'm saying it's basically new. Has stuffing inside and the front pocket still has the styrofoam in it.
You will be getting what you see. It's very beautiful with nice pastel/watercolor colors for the details. Bag itself feels soft/smooth like as well. Inside details/lining is the characters in a tiny form separated from each other compared to the outside. Great placement of characters on front pocket:)
