Disclosure of Condition:
Item has a small round blemish in the wool fabric (headdress) on the front of bag . . . It is barely noticeable. . . It was not there when I originally purchased it and believe it happened when I sold it and it was returned to me.

The silhouette of a native american chief from a vintage 1920s pattern is so striking we brought it back on a new blanket.
• The feathered headdress was a ceremonial war bonnet worn only by chiefs and warriors, reserved for formal occasions, the golden eagle-feather war bonnet was a spiritual symbol of a man's courage and honor, it was a sign of respect that could be bestowed only by the tribe's elders and it was also believed to protect the wearer.
