This one looks to be the full set. The history of this recipe set is so interesting!
The set was created in 1973. McCall’s magazine created the Great American Recipe Card Collection to capitalize on the popular bicentennial trend. It was created by the editors of McCall’s and Random House to “capture the spirit of America through its recipes” by bringing “together the famous dishes…from the 50 states”
This set consists of a plastic recipe card case featuring a bald eagle behind a red, white, and blue shield surrounded by drawings of food. Very 1970's bicentennial vibe.
There are twenty-four sections and each section has twenty-four recipe cards which ends up being 600 cards in total.
On each section divider card, there is the title of the section, an illustration on the theme in the top right corner, and a full-color photo on the front while on the back was a little blurb about the section’s theme.
The holder has a few scratches, the cards are in perfect condition
