This cardigan is designed with a nod to the acrylic cardigans that were mass-produced in America starting in the 1950s. However, we've replaced the acrylic with a cotton and cashmere blend and knitted it in a link stitch to create a comfortable, stretchy fabric with a nice weight. Despite the challenges of knitwear production in Japan, we've made this cardigan with meticulous attention to detail, resulting in a high-quality, sophisticated piece that's proudly MADE IN JAPAN.
It's a very simple design that's meant to be enjoyed for years to come.
