This Stripes the Tiger is the Dark Stripes (not fuzzy) version.

A beanie baby's tags are important factors as to how rare it is.
This beanie baby has the 2nd gen tush tag. It is distinguishable
by having the red Ty heart but no name. It also has the 3rd gen
hang tag, no star on the tag. Demand for beanie babies went crazy
in the late 90s. Ty had to increase production significantly when
the 4th gen hang tag started. So the earlier hang tags, like this one,
are much more rare.
